Hi John — sorry for the off-topic comment, but it's a long shot worth trying. I believe I now own your copy of the Bookhounds of London limited edition (bought from Recycle Bookstore on AbeBooks). Ken Hite's handwritten word in mine is "ABYSSAL", which matches the copy you wrote about here back in 2011.

I'm trying to track down the rest of the set — the Liber Fumo hardcover, the DARCY messenger bag, the manila envelope with the postcards and pamphlets, the plastic chip. Would you happen to remember what became of the other pieces, or consider selling them if you still have them? You can reach me at michael.heilemann@me.com. Thanks either way!

I think my kids started playing Memoir 44 around 6 and 8. My eldest is autistic and my youngest is wicked smart. He is now 12 years old and often beats me at Memoir 44. ;) I started board games with a GREAT game called Eye Found It. You can find a review of that on this site and Board Game Geek from me. :)

At what age did you introduce your son into memoir? My are 3 and 1 and I really hope they will like board games :). I certainly will have to be cautious with introducing them to board games, since nothing is fun if you are forced to do it :)

It is still working great! :D We have every Memoir 44 product and it holds them all. We even added a notebook where my son and I are rating various missions that we play. ;) Thanks for the nice comment! :D

Great solution. I'm going to get exact same one. Maybe doing some mod's to it. How is it working out three years later?

Great gaming with you, glad that the rest of your con experience went well!

You should have seen it last year when it was only one truck at a time! But three.... three would be better. After seeing this year's turnout I imagine that many food trucks could be sustained!

Cheers!
