I just thought you would like to know that the current version of open SSH breaks location services on the iPad and makes the wi-fi indicator disappear. It does however do no permanent damage and uninstalling it via Cydia when you have finished SSHing makes everything work again.

Hi, would it be possible to make somekind of access point or ad hoc connection without using Internet, router etc, ONLY a Wireless USB Adapter no cables.

This Network would be accessible by anyone and everyone no matter if they have connected before to it or not.

All they would have to do to access the shared files is click on their Wireless adapter click the connection and connect, and thats it,,, they can access the shared files without inputing a password or key.

Oh and this would be done on the Host computer Desktop (XP SP2) ty.

OMG! I just got an email like this today. There are two things very odd about it. First, it was sent to an old email account that I never use for business, and haven't used at all in some time. AND Bank of America never even had this email address for me. Second, it referenced the fact that I called them on 8/23, which I did (to activate a card). That is the very creepy part, considering this has to be a phishing email. How would they know I called BofA?

I did fwd. it to abuse@bankofamerica.com and hope for a reply.
