I know I'm a little late on this, but I've been busy - Congrats. MSFT using your products should really show the industry that you all are serious. Keep up the good work!

@jamie:
That is a good question, and I'm glad you asked. You're right that some of the points I hit on are benefits of search driven development and not Krugle in particular. However as Matt said above, there are some things Krugle can do that desktop search tools cannot.

To expand upon what he said, Krugle is also cross platform and fast. I don't know exactly how Agent Ransack works, but I suspect when you start indexing gigabytes of code it's queries slow down substantially, if they even complete at all. It may mitigate this query time by building optimized search indexes (like Krugle does) but then you are paying that price constantly with your own desktop machine.

Search driven development is great, no matter how you achieve it. And - if you're developing in a small homogeneous environment - Krugle Enterprise is probably overkill; you could definitely get by with a desktop search tool and the http://www.krugle.org open source search. But I will say that even a small and young company like Krugle is too large for that kind of solution.
