Is this a frosting that has to be refrigerated, or does it hold up at a room temperature?

Maybe you could try putting the cupcakes in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or so to let the frosting set up.

I made this frosting and it was great. The only bad thing: it's very runny. I followed the directions exactly. It slides off my cupcakes :( Any suggestions?

Hey, this looks really tasty. It looks as if it would make a great breakfast dish. Its interesting, I am a huge Sound of Music Movie fan and in the Sound of Music dinner table scene when maria sits on the pine cone they are eating mashed potatoes with stuffed ham rolls, lettuce, dishes of croissants and glasses of water. Many people as what were they eating in the sound of music dinner table scene? Its just mashed potatoes and stuffed ham rolls. I am defintely going to try these out. They look tasty in the movie and even tastier here.
