Travis Browne is a buddy of mine….he kicked Micheal Westbrook in the leg so many times that he gave up and threw in the towel in the 3rd round. Funny thing is that Travis was put in to be beat down by Westbrook, 20 minutes of interviews on the big screen, nothing about Travis Browne, the Travis literally kicked him until he quit. It was a long and painful defeat, nothing quick about it.

The same thing happen to me a few days ago but they weren’t Cole Haan’s they were some Michael Kors wedges and it was my left heel. I thought, why havent I worn these? they must be comfortable because they are wedges. I was so wrong. I was so mad by midday I almost bought a new pair of shoes in Macys at lunchtime but the line was too long. So, I had to suffer it out. At least though your “learning yet painful” experience you’ve learn compassion. Mine, I already have them ready to donate, never again will I wear them. I dont care how much I paid.

I’ve given up soda as well. Going on 4 months now. It was staple in my life because I work overnight and I need caffeine (and I don’t drink coffee)! I found an alternative in Crystal Light Energy. It’s got as much caffeine as a Mountain Dew and it’s only 5 calories :D

Love. This. Vid. It’s amazing to watch my daughter become enthralled with Sesame Street, which was such an integral part of my childhood. So many things are different nowadays - it’s comforting to know that Bert, Ernie, Elmo, Big Bird, Grover, Oscar and nem are holding it down for the new generations.

I’m not sure of the difference but, Las Vegas has the biggest roaches I’ve ever seen! One chased me at the hotel. I was in the lobby (it was half indoor/half outdoor lobby) approaching the elevators, when a roach started crawling toward my foot. When I ran, he ran! I jumped on the elevator and pushed the button! While the doors started to close, a man asked me to hold the elevator. The roach heard him and started running for the elevator doors! I pushed the “close” button and apologized to the man by saying, “Sorry, roach!” I was scared for my life! The roaches walk up and down the streets in Las Vegas! It’s really disgusting!

I didnt get side effects other than being a little sleepy the first 3 days.I guess my body was adjusting to the pill. I’m fine now. After the 3nd day I was fine. Make sure you take them with a meal.
