I should admit, I damn near ripped off this recipe from 101 cookbooks… the hazelnut & chard ravioli salad. It’s a really similar recipe.

I have to admit, I don’t fully understand what the “fair face” is. Is that where you get so depressed by the throng of humanity, rednecks, and obese people, all of whom you can actually getting fatter, that it shows on your face?

Way to go Paul! Here is a link to a good bunch of people who are as eccentric as their bikes. They came through Wabasha saturday and I was fortunate enough to rub elbows, talk bikes and play piano for them sunday morning…
