Hi artists.
I just got the mail from ATcultura today Oct 24.2009 and my immediate response was negative and as i investigate nothing is clearer than this blog. You guys are probably right and I feel it is better to team up with other artists to make a book together than to be mislead by such unknown galleries/publishers soliciting artists for money. Peace, Brian P.S. check out my online art gallery at soulforms.com

I usually charge time and materials plus 20%. It's the most fair for artist and client.

What most clients don't take into account is all the overhead - i.e. marketing, bookkeeping, advertising, transportation, time to estimate the project, office materials, training and equipment... Pretty much everything it takes to run a successful business.
