If you decide to do the survey, I'd love to hear the results, as well as the result of any meeting you may have w/ city council. The fact is, graf is vandalism & a crime in the eyes of "civilized" society, so you're fighting a losing battle on that front. The only way to win is to keep tagging & keep learning.
