Very good point, Elke!! Getting guest posts and content from others will definitely help alleviate the pressure of being the sole source of content. I'll look into that option...when I have more time, of course...LOL. Thanks for commenting!

It was hard work and a lot of talking talking talking but half of my daily updated blog content comes now from others. I've got a blog about New Zealand travel and immigration and got some people who are adding valuable content and understood that they are promoting themselfs while doing that.

Now I don't have to ask for articles anymore, it works, the experts love to write ... not frequently but enough to fill half of the week and the visits increase because experts are writing about what they really know.

Go to the person's personal profile, scroll down until you see "Report/Block This Person" at the end of the left hand column. A box will pop up and allow you to submit your complaint or block the person.

Sorry, but as far as I know, you either need to be logged in to an account to deactivate it or you need to contact Facebook. Did you already try snail mail?

I've not been able to contact any person w/facebook. My daughter's ex-boyfriend changed her password on her FB acct. Can't "reset" password because he also changed her password on her email acct so only he can access her emails. Any suggestions on how to deactivate her account without being able to log on to it? Also, I have no idea what her URL address is.

How do you report a scammer and get them off of facebook. I've had at least 3 scammers approach me on Facebook trying to scam me to open bank accounts or trying to steal my identity. I've reported it and I've deleted them from my facebook so they are not in my friends box. I still see these scammers are still on Facebook. I am very concerned that they will just find somebody on Facebook who will be gullible to believe their story and they would become victims to these scammers.

Hi, would you by any chance know what happens to a FanPage I control when I deactivate my facebook account? I want to make sure that it stays on facebook. I'm not the only admin so there will be someone to handle it in my absence but I don't want to take any chances since I'm the one that created it. Thank you :)

Sorry for the delay in responding Patrice. Hopefully your situation has been resolved by now. Just FYI, the only way you can delete your account is by asking Facebook to do it. I hope you didn't have to resort to those measures. - Kimberly
