Unless doc was using the term “nee” (& not correctly either I think) , I’d be flagging this one. I could go with child or patient but not knee.

Using templates with E.M.R.s certainly saves a lot of time when you’re (I’am) not the fasest typist in the world.

I like the “normal H and P template. Gastroentereritis template with a few modifications to fit my practice is good also. Haven”t looked at the rest yet but I plan to. rc

He ‘gain about 25 pounds’ should be ‘he gained….’

“The patient is a nonsmoker, he denies use of alcohol.” This should be two sentences.

2 to 3+ pedal swelling should be 2+ to 3+ pedal swelling, no?
