Wow, this is…um…surprising. Really surprising. I didn’t think that of all places, my blog would be how you would find me. I see that you have an email address and I’ll contact you through there and ask for your phone number, if you have one. I thought you were either going to Parkland or were in the Champaign area. Me and mom haven’t been able to find you and its been a bit difficult when we have tried to get any possible benefits from you being in the military from financial aid or anything. There’s also the emotional aspect of not having a dad, yeah, that hasn’t been the greatest, compounded with the fact that Mom, in essence, hasn’t done the best job of raising me (even though she tried and it was difficult for her so she probably did the best she could). I’ll try and get to you by email.

I just want you to know that it took me a long time to reach out to you.
Melody, I know that the past was not good between your mom (Debbie) but, I was a fool and let my hardships get in the way.

I never forgot that you was the special child that me and Debbie brought into this world.

I am very,very proud of you Melody in your college and go for your goals.

Your father is retired military with 3 combat tours.

I retired in 1997 and went to the VA Hospital with PTSD.

Your dad (me almost got killed by a roadside bomb in July of 2005)

Melody I have recovered and on medication ,I am able to get my life back in order.

I love you Melody and proud of you.

Since 2008 I have been going to college for 3 years so far at Parkland College to get a degree in Micro Computer Support Specialist.

I know you don’t think much of me and I understand that , but Melody you keep on getting better and be happy in your life .

Each time I go to the manage your gravatar section and add a picture, it does not add the picture. I have about 5 pictures uploaded already. It just has that blank blue screen with the Q when I try to manage the gravatar. It is very frustrating! 😦 I would like to see my face on the right 😦
