Tackling one room at a time. Once I get a spot decluttered, I make it a point to include a 10-second-tidy of that spot in my regular cleaning. And, basically forcing the kids to clean up after themselves. They are honestly worse than I am at creating clutter and chaos, so I have to ride them all the time about fixing it. Oh, and it forces me to be a good example and deal with my own clutter so I can point that out to them. *snicker* Lists. Tackling one room at a time.
