I deal with customers like you every day and the entitlement is absolutely ridiculous. The company doesn’t even matter, i bet we see people from your species at all companies. Obviously it’ll take longer for something personalised to arrive to you and a week really isn’t that bad. Here you are, complaining while you got a free £12 and free delivery and was offered a £10 voucher. Have you offered to return the £12 you got for no reason or did this accomplish your purpose of complaining? Beggar!
I can see that your have a list of service providers that you are bashing for probably equally retarded reasons. Obviously your shirt was probably shipped to a print room, took a few days there then was sent to you. Someone from their team took the time to contact you and here you are, still unhappy, still complaining and chasing free shit. Do you really not have anything better to do with your spare time then making yourself look like a beggar on twitter?
In some cases, sure, shit happens and some situations are worth complaining but retards
like you who don’t read the terms and conditions and then keep “screaming” and threatening and trying to make an army of people feel bad by being a little cunt are just unreal.
Btw, fun fact, as a customer support rep, the more entitled and rude you are, the more likely I’ll politely tell you to go fuck yourself! If you’re nice about whatever you’re encountering I might actually help you out and top it off with some free stuff.

Shitty, half assed fan fiction, that somehow menaged to be published officially. So glad everybody just pretends it never happened and ignore it existance. And limited pages doesn’t excuse this story from being crap. Simon Furman wrote plenty stories, that were only five pages long, and yet had begining, middle and end. It’s not hard.

3 years on from the start of this post and they are still no better.
Such poor service. Ordered a t shirt, should of arrived 2 days later, no sign. Emailed them asking for update and was told according to there system it as been dispatched, strange because checking online tracking it was saying otherwise. Left it a week called them to be told my order should of been cancelled because it was out of stock.
In the last 12 months the amount of orders that have been cancelled, wrong size or damaged far out ways the number of items I have received.

It’s a scam they have made the law how can you still get child benefit for an adult that can drink smoke vote drive to the age of twenty through there saying this through education then these so called irresponsible adults go out have 4 different children to 4 different dad’s and fleece the system to live they caused this disease they don’t work or want to work when they muppets helped them who holds them for being responsible for there actions it’s the man’s fault I thought it took 2 too make children so she can get help and fleece 4 men through your incompetence why is this surely she should work too they her children too I believe and adult is over the age of 16 why is this there law or British law so why can child benefit be paid the mother should be working as the child is an adult can you explain that to me what a scam

I have to agree that the customer service in Theale is absolutely disgraceful. It used to be so good. Kathy from customer care refused to put my call through because I did not know my customer number. Another called Elliott was very patronising and flatly refused to put my call through despite telling him that I had just spoken to this person a few minutes ago. They were both very unhelpful and even refused to let me speak to a manager

Had the exact same problem. I ordered a pair of Adidas ultra boost reduced from 150 down to 60! Wasn’t sure which size so I ordered 2 sizes and even used student discount (10%). I was told my order was despatched then 3 days later just before my order was due to arrive, the product was ‘out of stock’. I checked the website and they were still in stock in one of the sizes I ordered so I ordered again. Same thing, order despatched and cancelled a few days later. The customer service staff keep saying that they have checked all their warehouses and it is out of stock and it was a mistake yet they have gone back to full price now and all sizes are in stock? Hmm

It’s a fascade, just a sales company. The course I took was really expensive and the materials dismally poor. The input was almost zero from their side and when arriving in Birmingham for the onsite courses and tuition/exams, the content was shockingly amateurish.

When we wrote the exam, we spent half the time writing the exam, then they allowed everyone out for an hour break where we could talk with one another and discuss the questions and when we came back in, we were told that we could start the exam all over again to improve our results. Absolutely shocking, and that was when I knew I had pissed money out the window, because any Computeach qualification is just a worthless gimmick.

Totally agree with Mr Daz , id seriously take them to court and claim all reasonable costs involved. To many people are to lazy,unwilling or just scared to make a fuss, £10.00 is £10.00 . The negative comments well the first one if you trace the ip number will shows Laithwaites Head Office address.
