My parcel from Amazon arrived a day before the expected delivery date courtesy of HDNL. The tracking system worked well so I have no complaints. Take a look at the reviews on review centre for Citylink, DHL, Interlink etc, they are ALL rated 1 out of 5 so which one would all you moaners use then. PS I don’t work for any of them, just a sensible satisfied customer.

Personally I have never had a problem with them. However I do get them to deliver to my work address in the centre of Manchester which is maybe why.

The fact that this page seems to be the only complaint about them seems to suggest that they arent that bad.

Your always going to get a couple of idiots working for a large organisation. Unfortunately they delivered your parcels.

Well, the 28.10.09 has brought complete misery to me and my partner of 10 years, on the date above a letter from the good old CSA fell through my letter box regarding a child i new nothing about,….. wait for it ..wait for it…… from 17 years ago. according to the CSA i now owe £27000 in arrears. suffice to say i have requested a DNA test for which they were supposed to ring me back, but so far they have not, i am now worried sick about this, i have my partner and two step children to consider and on top of this we are so heavily in debt to the point that if i were to have one day on the sick at work i would be in arrears with debtors, i cant even afford a trip to the dentist (which i desperately need)
and can barely afford a hair cut. my fear now is that i will lose my car due to not being able to meet the payments, the reason i worry about my car is simple,,,,, i work night shift and always start a Midnight, there is no public transport at that time of night to get me there, if i lose my car i lose my job which can only add to my problems, what will become of me and family now is anyones guess and the furthest thing from the CSA’’s minds,

I can reassure you that Kitchens Direct is nothing to do with Vance Miller. Kitchens Direct is owned by the HomeForm Group who also own Moben Kitchens, Sharps Bedrooms, Dolphin Bathrooms and Technik appliances.

Complain to their ops director paul.mohan@hdnl.co.uk with parcel number, address etc

If he doesn’t sort it then try his boss brian.gaunt@hdnl.co.uk

The details have been put on some other blogs and may get the head office boys interested.

As of 2 months ago HDN have started using drivers from Agile group and things are changing for the better. They can’t bring them all in at once but they’re slowly swapping over to Agile. Agile drivers are professional and well trained and things will be better from now on.

HDNL dont even ring the door bell, they simply leave a card saying you were out….even though i wasnt and they didnt bother to push the door bell!
Asked wtf was going on and told they wuld resend it today, and the guy turns up and leaves…..straight away….yep,, couldn’t even be bothered to get out of the van!

Great value for money ! I hope pple at HDNL burn up in a fire and rot in hell!

So we’re agreed that DHL and the Royal Mail offer a great service, whereas HDNL is shit. Good.

As for the racist thing; until you use your real name on this website and post under your real identity you will be tarred with the same racist HDNL drivers who have posted here under equally stupid names.

Can anyone please confirm whether all the negative comments are really from Kitchens Direct or from a company called Direct Kitchens? The latter is a company owned by Vance Miller the rogue trader who has appeared on Watchdog, been in prison etc.

I’ve placed an order (supply only) with Kitchens Direct and am assured by the sales rep that they have nothing to do with Direct Kitchens, or Vance Miller and have never been on Watchdog.

However I’m now really nervous and considering cancelling but want to make sure as the sales rep was good, polite, knew her stuff, designed a reasonable kitchen and is now trying to find me a local reference site to visit to put my mind at rest. I have just a couple of days left to cancel my contract, so would appreciate a comment.
