If you installed the file downloaded from this file, file signed with the certificate "Jean Lalonde", this is certainly a false positive. Out of the +/- 100 antivirus algorithms checking for troyans or virus, usually between 0 and only 2 will falsely report CSV Buddy as a threat. All others say it is safe to install it. As of today, this is zero:

I do not offer paid custom support. What you need can probably be done with CSV Buddy. You would need to compare the CSV specs of the Etsy output file with the CSV requirements of the various services where you want to import this file.
