Apologies on the delay with my response. IPT specifically, is the Insulin Potentiated Therapy that is targeted, low dose chemotherapy enhanced by lowering the bodies' blood sugar. This tricks the cancer cells into taking in more chemotherapy drugs destroying them but is less damaging to normal cells. A smaller dosing of chemo is needed and yet it is quite effective. The "Greek Test" is a blood test that they use to specifically to target the treatment to be most effective on the cancer that I had. This test basically cultures the cancer then, reveals sensitives of this cancer to different chemotherapy drugs and various treatments. Because the chemo is given at 20-30% of standard dosing they were able to give multiple types of drugs (five in all) that had different ways of acting on the CA cells creating a "broad spectrum" approach. The therapeutically dosed IV vitamin C combined with K3 was given to me along with the IPT treatment as apart of their overall protocol for me. The doctors recommended continuing with this combination at least once per month, after the IPT intensive treatment, indefinitely to prevent a return of the cancer.
