The only things I would recommend is adjusting the header where your site’s logo is next to your subscribe to my blog so they are at the same level and no white space above the subscribe area. I would also add facebook comments code to your individual blog posts to help increase traffic and remove Archives, Recent Comments, & Blogroll from your sidebar on post pages.

You could turn the Blogroll widget into a separate page so you could go into more detail on the sites you’re recommending. You already have recent or latest posts in your footer so you don’t need it in your sidebar. Can use that for other things.

These are just my opinions based on what I see a lot of other bloggers doing that have had a lot of success online.
