There are supposed to be no “adults” without children in there but late in the evening some teenagers hang out in there and smoke pot. These are the same teens that ride the BMX bikes around the middle of the park and menace everyone. They are a nuisance, as was reported at the last precinct meeting. They are there basically every day unchecked by authorities. It would be nice if PD or Parks officers would once give them some attention. Hopefully this razor blade incident will motivate them to take the issue more seriously.
