Thanks Maria, shame you can't make it (again!).

Did you get the mailout I sent for this event? You're on my mailing list, but with a different email to the one you used here... Let me know if you'd like me to update the database.

This looks really interesting and I really want to know everything about it. Im afraid Im working (like it been happened in the lasts few of your events unfortunally), but I will promote it and support it as much as I can.

Please let me know about any other event related with this interesting idea because I really want to make it one day.

The Best of luck

i'm SO EXCITED to read the remaining chapters in this - i think it's really valuable not only to document a process in this way, but also to publish that documentation. you've given me lots of food for thought. :)

Comment on We are the Interstitials by William B. Hall

Interstitials:

A blank space, the interstitial, the structure, the form, the great nothing that interpenetrates the evolving matrix.

Is it the structure of the interstitial space that creates the structure for the sphere matrix or conversely is it the sphere matrix that creates the structure for the interstitial space? Like all integral relationships it is probably both/and. Either way, this fundamental relationship may be a glimpse at the underlying universal structure to all that unfolds within the matrix. The progressive evolution of the enersphere, the physiosphere, the biosphere and even the noosphere may take its underlying framework from the structure of the interstitial. Observe the 16 Boolean connectives in two-valued logic and there relationships to one another. The relationships between the connectives can be expressed in simple geometric forms. The geometry of logic can be expressed in four dimensions as a hypercube/Tesseract and in three dimensions as a face centered cube. The face centered cube (see crystallography) would have two connectives (equivalence & non-equivalence) occupying the center of the cube simultaneously. If you pull the six center faces of the Euclidean cube out you get a Euclidean Rhombic Dodecahedron. If you push the twelve edges of the Euclidean cube in you get a Euclidean stella octangula. If you bend the edges of the Rhombic Dodecahedron out, in a hyperbolic fashion, you get a sphere. If you bend the edges of the stella octangula in you get a hyperbolic stellated octahedron. The inward sloping edges of the hyperbolic stellated octahedron is the shape of the space between the closely packed spheres of the matrix. As stated previously, the closely packed spheres are the matrix and the space between them is the interstitial. Is there a connection between the geometry of human logic, as a product of our own noosphere, and the fundamental structural form of the interstitial? Both shapes are the same! They are both hyperbolic stellated octahedrons!

Would it be wise for us to intentionally choose to consciously participate in the evolutionary process of the universe? To design our educational systems around a cognitively ergonomic structure that facilitates more rapid learning due to a congruence with the inward structure of the brains perception and the potential outward structure of fundamental reality. After all, our bodies and our minds are the product of the evolution of matter and the universe are they not? Why wouldn’t human thought, as a product of the natural evolution of the universe itself, share some of the same fundamental processes and structures as the universe? If the structure of the interstitial (that space between and within the matrix) is a fundamental form of the universe and it is also a fundamental form of the geometry of two-valued logic, then we may do well to explore these interdisciplinary connections. The mystery continues and slowly humanity evolves into something greater than they were yesterday. Pax tecum.
