Hmmmm… thanks Ian, for making me accountable. I was doing really well for a while. I was down almost 20 pounds… to 217. Around late March, early April I fell off the wagon for a week, then two, then three. I got back up to 235. About six weeks ago I started to reduce the amount I eat… being careful, but not dieting. I’m down to 225 again. I’m hoping to be under 220 by the time vacation (end of August) rolls around.
