I LOVE your house. It’s so inspiring. My boyfriend and I are visiting Osa Mountain Village March 25th through April 1st to pick out our homesite at Serenity Gardens. We would love a tour of your place, and find out how much it cost to build.

This Dam project saddens me. No one has the right to displace these people and destroy the natural ecosystem for the “common good” The people that own the dam and control the electricity are the only winners…. and i personally do not want to see “international big money” getting a foot hold in Costa Rica This is creating a “grid” that a lot of people are trying to get off of. smaller scale energy production like methane, solar and even hydro etc. as needed for the local communities is the way to go.

Oh M.A. that is such a wonderful thought! I can picture my 2 wonderful girls together in heaven sharing stories.

Mr. Lucky has some big shoes to fill. Thankfully, he had Amber as a big sister, and I am sure she must have had a talk or two. He has been extra well behaved, as well as giving us all extra love and kisses.

I am so sorry for the loss of your family member, Amber. Amber was lucky to have such a loving family and as a family, you were so lucky to have Amber….my heart goes out to you…time with heal but Amber will always hold a special place in your heart…..

Dear Catherine, Duane & Lindsay,
Marina & I are so sorry that Amber is gone. She was such a sweet elderly dog when we met her in OMV.
We literally feel your pain. We lost our dog Nala last summer. I still sometimes open doors slowly, afraid that Nala is on the other side, or call her in my dreams. ( I am thinking of bringing Nala’s ashes to Osa when we move. )
I should be so lucky to spend my golden years like Amber : living the Pura Vida in Osa surrounded by my family and beatiful fiends like you. Amber have spent at least 5 dog-years there. So don’t be too said and cherish the memories of Amber as a happy puppy she always was. Dogs never grow old.

Put a nice chew-toy on her grave for us.

PS: Tell Lindsay that the Russian name for a small cute doggie like Amber is SOBACHKA (A is pronounce like in Spanish)

Monthly HOA fees are $162.50 or $325 depending on the size of your villa. The nearest towns are 20 minutes away as is the closest commuter airport. The international airport is 3 1/2 hours away, although there are plans for a new airport 20 minutes away where the commuter airport is located.
