I live in Old Ottawa East and Morala’s is the Glebe is by far my favourite coffee shop in Ottawa. It is a delightful place that none of the chains even come close to. I make it a point to buy my coffee beans at Morala’s regularly. I also succumb, as much as I dare, to the temptation of the delicious pastries made by Miriam. An added bonus is that I get a chance to use my beginner’s Spanish with Miriam who is always warm, friendly, and encouraging.

Thanks for the great advice! Buying a hot tub can be really intimidating, but SO worth it considering the health benefits. It is perfect post-workout if you ever get sore after a workout, it relaxes muscles so you sleep better, and it helps improve your circulation which can help with a variety of medical problems! If you purchase a high quality tub, it actually doesn’t need your attention everyday — though chances are you’ll want to get in every day anyway. Higher quality tubs are easy to maintain and even have some automatic chemical dispensers that make it easy to regulate your chemicals without having to mess around with them on a daily basis.
