A drunk that smelled like a brewery got on a bus one day. He sat down next to a priest. The drunk’s shirt was stained, his face was full of bright red lipstick and he had a half-empty bottle of wine sticking out of his pocket. He opened his newspaper and started reading. A couple minutes later, he asked the priest, “Father, what causes arthritis?”

“Mister, it’s caused by loose living, being with cheap, wicked women, too much alcohol, and contempt for your fellow man,” the priest replied.

“Imagine that,” the drunk muttered. He returned to reading his paper.

The priest, thinking about what he had said, turned to the man and apologized: “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to come on so strong. How long have you had arthritis?”

“I don’t have arthritis, Father,” the drunk said, “but I just read in the paper that the Pope does.”

Paddy, I agree with Baino, no matter how inept the teacher of the course may be, he will still be able to impart some knowledge! We can then look forward to seeing some lovely photographs here!

Seems a bit of a rort when you already get 11 weeks leave a year. But you should have a crack at the course. I did a one day workshop a couple of weeks ago and really helped to understand the camera better I can use more than the auto settings now which is great.

whats wrong with law abiding people owning hand guns would make criminals think twice before entering your home we have a right to protect or families and home

Isn’t it a shame Paddy that he’ll be remembered for his dubious dealings with children and his weirdness rather than the amazing talent he was as a singer and entertainer. Very sad indeed.

It’s not a house I’m interested in to be honest. It’s not as private as I’d like it to be and secondly I’d prefer an older property.

I’ve been to see the house too. I noticed that in the conservatory there is a photo taken at a dinner party in that same room. Bertie can be seen smiling away.

I reckon that in these markets the sellers will have to be realistic. Why not just chance your arm and make an offer for the house even if it is below the asking price.
