Overall i like your site. It however does bother me that ya'll have left out some forclosure sale prices that were "unrealistically" low for various reasons...I feel like the subscribers (myself)wanna know about all market sale prices and conditions on a site like this and abberations can be explained later by sales agents.....I know of some very low forclosure sale prices that are not here..in this kinda market rife with flippers and fraud all data are necessary....Apreciate the time spent doing this and hope this is a sucessful venture....Looking forward to the 2010 update for each part of the year expecting it to be even weaker than the past 3 years.....with all things considered..thanks

I have been reading your service for about 1 year as a subscriber. I've been around real estate some and done a lot of listening over the years. I'm 52 years old and semi-retired. rental real estate has and is a sucessful part of my retirement. I want you to know that i personally appreciate your candor and give you an A plus grade on assessing the Panama City market conditions in spite of all the people with conflicts of interest. Ethics in the aforementioned group of people have something to be desired to say the least. I won't go into great detail about our 'too big to fail" banks and the repeal of glass stegall act and other dasturdly things that the clinton administration did to remove the ethics and good judgement from mortgage banking. But You keep on keeping on....I did renew my subscription to your service. Randy

I have zero debt and high income but bank of america refused to finance my condo purchase (second home no mortgage on first home) because the HOA doesnot have enough reserve!
the market will never recover without banks willing to lend
