I don't know why it doesn't look like there's any juice in that one picture. There is, though. I usually take the meat out first, which leaves the juice in the pan. Yes, that's the broth from the chicken. I get more broth when I cook chicken thighs than when I cook chicken breasts. Thanks for asking!

Hi, in the pic of the cooked meat there doesn't appear to be any juice? Is it because you already drained it off? Will that chicken really produce that much broth? Thanks for the suggestion!

Wonderful post. I feel like I could have written this post myself aside from my mom nursing me...she didn't, but I still had a strong desire to nurse my own child. Your words echoed my nursing journey.

Talisa,

Thanks for your question. I know of several vitamins that are good and even wrote an article on it. Please see my other article on Whole Food based Children's Vitamins. http://parentingtips365.com/2010/07/20/whole-food-based-childrens-vitamins/ Hopefully that will help. Let me know if you have any questions.

If you are looking at vitamins in the stores, just read the ingredient labels to avoid the artificial coloring (and other junk they add to vitamins).
