How about reading all the available science on the subject, which concludes that a cull would be ineffective and not cost effective.

I am doing my own survey and asking all the traders in High Street, Fore Street and The Narrows basically the same question (for or against pedestrianisation). It is taking me bloody ages, but I hope to have a definitive result soon.

I am a trader on the High Street and I live in Totnes, no one asked me if I am in favour of pedestrianisation or not. My answer would have been no, for the simple reason I would go out of business. This view is shared by most of the traders on Fore Street and the High Street.

Labour also receive money from non doms and considerably more from the Unite union allowing them to exert pressure on the Labour party. How the party choose to spend it is up to them. So your point is?
