Do you feel comfortable with Obama's gun control? If so, GOD help you. Taking away guns from law abiding citizens will be a great message to the lawless poop stains that will not surrender their guns. In fact they will have all the more reason to get their hands onto all the guns they can because they will meet with no resistance from YOU because you were NUTLESS and agreed to to this madness. Justice Antonin Sclia anounced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments
concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in case brought by Leo Donofrio of New
Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizensip disqualified him from serving as president.
Donofrio's case is just on of 18 sis brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship
or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation
of Obamak's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000
in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block dis-
closure of any of his personal records. Mr Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but
that the final report will be provided to the U>S. Attorney General, Eic Holder. Mr Holder refused to
comment on th matter. Passports, college entry and funds, etc are involved.

I went to Houston and established a new system for billing. I will go over it with Mark on Tuesday.

Remember what I told you about messages that say things like "This is REAL" or "Pass this message on to everyone you know"? These are dead give-aways to the reader that the essence of the message that they want you to read is completely and utterly false.

Don't believe me on this specific message on Health Care? Here's the acid test: let's all sit back and see whether or not a constitutional challenge to this law even makes it to the one of the lower Federal Courts of Appeal for a hearing. Attorneys-General from 13 States are now in the process of suing the Federal Government to block this bill -- and the broad consensus of the legal community is that the arguments of unconstituionality are weak and that the effort to block the bill is completely futile. You would know this, of course, if you've read the comments and analysis of credible, respected political and legal commentators across the country who have written essays on this subject in recent weeks.

E-mails just like the Michael Connelly's are flying all over the internet, proclaiming the bill is illegal, that immigrants will get health care, that abortions will be fully funded, death panels are real and dozens of other wild claims. Don't believe any of it -- these claims are entirely NONESENSE!

By the way, there are plenty of things in this world to be truly concerned about -- REAL things, not made-up "Elvis is alive", "There's spiders in my Big Mac", "Health Care Reform is evil" conspiracy-theory type things. Take the time to research which claims are real and which ones are simply manipulations. When outlandish lies become increasingly taken as truth by the general public, we're all in serious trouble.

PS - By the way, if you do a bit of research, you'll find that Michael Connolly, the “Constitutional Law Instructor” who has uncovered what everyone else has failed to uncover in the Health Care Bill has never practiced law as an attorney, doesn’t actually work at a university or law school, but gives lessons online at www.ed2go.com. Check it out for yourself and then tell me if you'd like to have Mr. Connolly argue the constituionality of Health Care Reform in front of ANYONE, much less the supreme court.
