Sexual rejection is a natural part of the marriage package. It has very little to do with all the reasons you have given. There will always be times when a spouse will not be in the mood for sex. You can take for what it is or you can sulk and whine.
For me, I realised early enough that “NO” is also an answer and no matter your person and persona, there will always be times when you have to do without. I rejoice when she says yes and I take my medicine like a man when she does not yield.
A lot of men have devised several ways of watering the ground ahead of time. They buy gifts and do things to create the mood. Even after all these, you may get a NO. Chill, there is always a next time.
