The scene in The Devil's Advocate where he screams as wife Charlize does herself in was a moment for him (and for me). I got chills and they multiplied. That was amazing and totally unblocked acting and I just can't get enough of it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zW4Geq_CZiQ

Oh and aside? I could watch him utter, "No" to those agents a billion times and after each, still smile and say with him, ^&%$#@ no! too.

Great read Molly.

It has been 2 years. Do you still think the show is holding up? We think it has had its ups and downs, but is still enjoyable-well, mostly. Merlin season 4 was fun, although we could have used more actual magic, and less hijinks.

Here is our take with lots of pics and perhaps a little wit if you are interested:

Yeah...not buying it. Obviously this would have better with Rodney, but this has "clunker" written all over it...and it has Ramis' name on it as well.

If you knew anything about this movie you would know that Ramis started writing it when Rodney was attached. Rodney eventually had a fight witht eh network and pulled out and when that happened Ramis pulled out ... there were re-writes after he left and he tried to get his name off the film but the studio returned ... So Ramis shouldn't be looked down on for writing this movie ... it probably would've been better with Ramis and Dangerfield in the origional script.

Union Station (only not really).

Actually, it was Union Station. Union Station in Toronto. But there are lots of places in Canada, especially in tourist areas, where American flags are flown (just bein' neighbourly), so is it that hard to imagine that some places in the U.S. would fly Canadian flags? Oh, and Scotiabank is an international bank.

What does Hollywood have to lose if they clean up their act and remove the swearing? I have yet to hear anyone say I am not going to watch a movie because there is either no swearing OR not enough swearing in it. 99% of swearing is for uneducated people who don't have the brains to think of an appropriate adjective.

The sad fact is we live in a runaway disrespectful.. it's all about me and screw you society where the morals are non-existent for an increasing percentage of the population. An then the very people who think the it's just fine to have in-moral behavior/language in movies and that the average Joe talk/act like they have no morals wonders how society has evolved to its current state.

One "gd" should be unacceptable to anyone who believes in God. The 3rd commandment

"You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain."

has no time limit nor was an exception provided in it for Hollywood.

The f-word and excessive use of others will always be offensive to MANY people. Hollywood doesn't need it to make good movies. Again, I have yet to hear anyone say I am not going to watch a movie because there is either no swearing OR not enough swearing in it.
