I come back to admire again the prairie and to tell you that for the risotto, yes, I was meaning egg yolk. My risotto takes only 10 minutes, but it’s very simple; yours has certainly much more ingredients.

Now those look like North Dakota skies to me Louise My father-in-law is in ND right now visiting his family, staying on the old homestead where he grew up. I will have to show him your photo when he returns. It is absolutely beautiful. Have a great weekend.
