I would argue though that <em>Revolver</em> expanded the Beatle's skills and repertoire the broadest, and also introduced some of the greatest advances in recording technology up to that date. While my choice above was purely on the emotional significance of the album, I'll say that innovation-wise, I get much more depth from these other two members of the catalog. BTW, there is some awesome stuff going on in today's music. It is just really hard to find from traditional media, and you have to sort through a lot of hipster trash to find the rest. I concur.
