I told her to prepare a hardship letter,Financial Statement and gather W-2 and Pay stubs. She is very cooperative and will give me specific power of attorney , Quick claim deed, Disclosures and anything else that is needed to save her credit and  save her against a deficiency judgment. With that being Stated I understand a Lender will not accept a short sale without a Buyer I also Have a Cash Buyer wanting to make an offer on the property. Have you ever negotiated a short sale with First Franklin Financial?</description>
