I listened to his radio broadcasts for the better part of 15 years and I must say that you could always paint a clear picture of what was going on in the game even if you weren't watching it on TV. My grandmother and I would turn on the radio and turn down the volume on the TV so we could hear Schonz and Rice call the game while we watched. This a great video and I am so happy that he's still an active and very important part of our City and our Blazers. That is definitely one the things that makes our team and city unique. And remember Trail Blazers..."you've got to make your free throws," ...Rip City! RIP CITY would never be what it is with out Schonz.
