As well, I was having REALLY bad leg fatigue with my kick pedal, so I took my pedal apart ant cut about 1/3 of it off with a pair of bolt cutters (it's a very thick spring, you see), bent the cut-off part of the spring so it sits flat and put the pedal back together...and it works PHENOMINALLY!!!! ...note, if you cut the spring too short, just stretch it out a bit and it will be fine...very little leg fatigue now, and I'm hitting those double-kicks with a lot more effectiveness now!!!
