Don't spend so much money on these things.
What you need:
1.) Warm Water
2.) Soap (Use liquid. Bar soap tends to clog pores)
3.) Toothpaste
4.) Plain yogurt
5.) Ice
6.) Patience (This usually works over night)

1.) Wash your face with regular warm water with soap
2.) Dry face with clean towel.
3.) Apply toothpaste to places that you have to most problems with. If you put it on zits it may feel like your face is burning but it's okay cause it's working :) Leave on for 5 min
4.)Wash off with warm water.
5.) Dry with clean or same towel you used earlier.
6.) Apply the plain yogurt to entire face and leave for 30 min. (To let the time go by watch tv, listen to music, read a book, or do anything that you like doing that doesn;t use the face.) If you don't leave the yogurt on for 30 min, it'll take longer for treatment to work.
7.) After 30 min wash with warm water and dry off.
8.) ICY TIME! Get ice and rub on the scars. This will make the scars smaller. Do this for how ever long you want.

Do this at least every other day and you'll soon fine your face smooth and clearer. Avoid putting any creams on your face. Most of the time they are the cause that makes you have bad acne.

Well it won't clear up overnight. You have to be patient.First try eliminating all dairy.Dairy products have allot of hormones and added hormones in it that cause people to break out without them knowing the cause.Second keep your hair out of your face so that the products from your hair doesn't get in your face.Keep hands away from face. This is probably the most important thing to remember.Popping a pimple will only lead to an acne scar. That will last longer than a pimple. So don't bother it or touch it unless you are washing it.And always use moisturizer after. You can get one of those 100% cocoa butter sticks at Walmart for a dollar.Try burt's bees acne wash to wash you're face and use one type of natural cleanser only and get rid of the others. Also there are these at home kits called tca peels. You can get it from makeup artist choice.com.I tried the 12% and it did nothing for me then I moved up to the 18% and boy did it sting but it was worth it bcuz it did help. After it will prob take up to 2 weeks for everything to heal up after the peel. The peel takes off the top layer of old skin or acne scar and creates new skin. But you have to remember to not try to peel it off your self. The skin will get very dry right after a shower, but it will peel on its own.You can't scrub your face clean Just wash it and pat dry then moisturize. It will be very flaky after doing a peel but you just have to leave it alone and be patient. It will correct itself.p.s those spa peels are pretty much just like a peel that you do at home.Just don't start with a high percentage because you might get burned.Work your way up.

The cure to acne and scars involves more than just avoiding allergic type foods. It involves eliminating foregin matter within your body which manufactures toxins. The foreign matter is just that Foreign and causes the immune system's efforts to solely be emphasised on the demanding situation. Once you eliminate the cause of acne which is NOT a bad diet, bacteria, or not cleansing enough ONLY THEN will you cure acne and all of its marks.

The body's elimination channels involve

1. Lungs
2. Kidneys
3. Liver
4. Skin

The first 3 elimination channels are the basic channels used to excrete junk from the body but when their is so much junk in the body the body uses the skin for elimination. When the skin is used for elimination it cannot heal until the body uses only the primary channels of elimination.

Every thing is free, legitimate, truthful & guaranteed to work.

I wrote all the content from years of research & I've found this is the only way to cure acne.

Why doesn't anyone know about this ?
Why doesn't proactiv, clean and clear, nutreugena, clerasil, etc tell you about this ?

Imagine all the jobs that would be lost, all the profits that would be lost, all the greedy entrepreneurs out of jobs, acne surgeons out of jobs, etc.

Please help me out with things I can do to make the website better since I've only recently started and I want to get this out there so everyone knows the truth.

Don't believe me ?
Google the phrase "Parasites cause acne"

Remember I am not selling you anything ;)
Can you say the same for the others ?
Would they comment if they weren't going to benefit in some way ?

Why should you trust me.... well as you can see I get exactly $0 from helping you and I'm glad :D

Please take care & question every single thing you see especially over the internet after all, these people are strangers even though we are all family & should be looking out for eachother.

• Hey I'm a dermatology student and by following this, is best way to get rid of acne scars. With all my patients I've seen some pretty horrible scarring completely healed. To let you know HOME REMEDIES WILL NOT get rid of acne. You need effective products and treatments which will heal the damaged cells in the skin. Try the following:

1) Mandelic acid based skincare treatments are BY FAR the best skincare products on the market for post acne scars. NuCelle (http://www.nucelle.com) have the largest range, and have been clinically proven to be effective. Mandelic acid is the meant for acne scar sufferers and is the most gentle skincare product which minimizes inflammation and redness. For best results, use the serum, use the face wash, toner and moisturizer too. Also, protect your face from the sunlight and heat while you're treating your scarring, as it will quicken the healing/restoring process. For more info on mandelic acid, visit http://www.mandelicacid.net

2) Look into getting IPL (Intense Pulse Light) laser treatment. IPL is a laser treatment which works by eliminating the enlarged capillaries in your face which causes redness and scarring. It’s completely safe and healthy too !! (My 11 year old brother had it done go get rid of a scar from hockey). You can get it done at most spas or laser centers. If you have about 2-3 treatments and use mandelic acid products on your skin, your scarring and redness can pretty much go away for good !

It’s completely safe and healthy too !! (My 11 year old brother had it done go get rid of a scar from hockey). You can get it done at most spas or laser centers. If you have about 2-3 treatments and use mandelic acid products on your skin, your scarring and redness can pretty much go away for good !
