Have you made any progress on this? I am having to do some of the same conversion but from p4 to svn and I am running into the same problems. I am trying to correct them manually but its slow going. I wanted to see if you have had any luck in this app?

@Bernhard Guenter: The default login for the VM is username “root” and password “password”. Does the VM boot up to a login prompt? What happens if you enter those login credentials? If it’s not working for you, please send a screenshot and I’ll figure out what the problem is.
