Honey bees are docile until provoked. I do not fear them. Nor bumble bees, though big they are… and they are cute, too, as they bumble around. They are also very key to our ecosystem, along with honey bees. The sting of a honey bee shy’s in comparison, though, to a wasp or a hornet. I have been stung by all three genres. Thats the worst sting I have ever experienced – the hornet. But whats interesting, I find, in research and personal experience, as with most animals and even insects, fear can be detected. If one runs, you are most likely to be stung, I have found. I have petted bees and bumble bees. But wasps and hornets I would not provoke. They are very aware of movements around them. But generally do not sting unless you mess with them. If you watch one that lands, and move towards it, or you hand towards it, it will move in accordance. Attentive little buggers.

As painful as it is to admit it, I have to agree wholeheartedly with the aforementioned bashing of recent Lagavullin 16 batches, specifically those being sold since the start of 2013. I have in the past few months purchased two bottles of my beloved 16 year –2 months apart, from different stores in St. Louis, MO– and was appalled to find they both shared the same bizarrely unpleasant feeble qualities; so flat, watery, lifeless, with a filthy burnt bitter finish that feels like an accident. For the record, the 2012 bottling of the Lagavulin 12 year cask strength is probably my favorite whiskey ever tasted, just to underline the gravity of whole mess and how much I admire Lagavulin and value their product. Every earlier batch of the 16 year I’ve tasted (before 2013) has been very clearly better, still with the essence of everything we love in Lagavulin. What happened? I intend to find out when I visit the distillery in an upcoming (as well as first) visit to Scotland. There must be some explanation!

Though I must admit I’m also somewhat relieved to find others have had a similar experience. After the first Bad Batch, I thought perhaps I was having brief psychotic episode (I seriously questioned my own judgment when sipping this abomination). Upon trying the second Bad Batch, I began to awkwardly suspect that I may be involved in some kind of weird Single Malt conspiracy.

Unfortunately these harsh words are inevitable, as this is not unquestionably not a mere change in style or flavor profile, so much as it is a blatant degradation of quality. I, too, will revert to my other beloved Kildaton Islays, Ardebeg and Laphroaig…two distilleries whose brilliant consistency in recent years remains unrivaled, in my humble opinion.

I have an unopened bottle of 1980 double matured Lagavulin that I’ve had for 10+ years now. I don’t know why I haven’t opened it except that it probably cost me a lot (around $100) when I bought it. It goes for over $300 now I think:

I always wondered what happened to them. I forgot all about this.

I thought I’d enjoy those shows for nostalgic reasons, but they sucked so bad, it was unbearable.

I have found the Methoxetamine, MXC it is a analogue of ketamine, a very strong dissasociative, counter acts the problem. i have some major health problems a few years ago, they put me in hospital, and i, and the doctors thought i might have cancer. i thought i was dying, and the doctors could not do anything about it.

anyway something happened with my immune system, and it affected how i process some chemicals on a bio chemical level. i cant really drink coffee anymore, it is safer if i don’t.
anyway small doses of MXC every day make you high, but with stimulants you level back out. so that it changes the way your brain interacts with your digestive system.

and my health problems went away. this chemical and its associated related chemicals are all illegal. i am no doctor so i don’t know biologically what they do to your system, but if something helps you in your day to day life, i don’t think it should be ignored.

Being civilized means respecting others, such as, oh I don’t know… their right to live? You think your religious views are GREATER than his right to live? Well aren’t you a special piece of shit!

NORMAL people will just walk away from a moron belittling their family. You on the other hand do not seem normal, so I would imagine that you would probably try to attack them. Based on your postings I would guess that reaction stems from a lack of intelligence. You would be incapable of attempting to reason with a person, so you would throw up your tiny fists and try to hurt them, like a four year old who didn’t get all the pudding he wants.

I would leave his posts up, and if you should suddenly die I would get the police to start looking for someone named Adil(weed). Get it? Dilweed? Yeah, that’s you, Adilweed.
