Time and time again, Grandmaster Southard's system has proven itself effective against multiple different scenarios that I have found myself in, both through my job requirements and my personal endeavors. Grandmaster Southard's system is definitely NO JOKE... his REAL WORLD self defense system that he has developed has boosted my self confidence, kept me more healthy through exercise, and protected me through different encounters that I have experienced through my work and personal life. Grandmaster Southard's self defense system is real world... not Disney World... it really, really works. I advise anyone who wants to learn self defense for all the right reasons to give Grandmaster Southard a try... you'll be hooked! Training with the Grandmaster really builds your self confidence level and its not only fun to train but it can save your life. Very recent I used several pressure point techniques to subdue a suspect that was cuffed but still combative, the techniques I used taught by the grandmaster subdued the suspect and prevented the suspect from harming L.E or himself.
