This is a fun piece stylistically, but it would be useful to begin by defining "the library," so we have something to work from... otherwise what we are left with is that things have to change, and we have to be better at everything, and get everyone talking to everyone else, and see and do things differently... but what are we actually trying to do? What real and realistic outcomes is "the library" looking for?
