<em>'In a 200 year-old custom, the Chin ethnic minority group in Myanmar would give their daughters elaborate facial tattoos to ward off attacks from neighboring princes who would often try to kidnap girls to be concubines'.

This above quotes, please where did you get this history. I am researching this history in British Library in London.I am still doing research.

David McElroyDecember 1, 2011 @ 3:41 pmJennifer, unfortunately, I have to jump half of the news links off the front page, smpliy because I would end up with a lot fewer articles on the front page if I didn't. It's a tradeoff between having more articles on the front page and having more of them jump to another page. I've toyed with the idea of making the descriptions much shorter in order to fit all six of the items into the space that three take up now, but the monkeys tend to write longer descriptions than would work for that.In general, though, putting the full text of the news links onto the front page would cut the number of stories on the front page almost in half, and the research shows that people are far less likely to go to additional pages of older material, so they're less likely to sample things from even a few days ago. I don't personally like jumps on websites that I read, either, and if I could figure out a perfect system by which nothing ever jumped, that's what I'd do. As it is, I'm left with tradeoffs that aren't perfect. Honestly, I think this is one of the real shortcomings of the web publishing model right now, and I don't have a good solution for it. Another issue with not jumping a story is that if nothing is clicked on, I have no idea what someone was interested enough to click on, so it never shows up in my page-read statistics. Anyway, I understand your preferences and I sympathize, but I'm not sure there's anything else I'm going to be able to do about it given the current reality of page loading. However, I can promise that I'm not ever going to go to the absurd lengths that some sites do of putting one fairly short story onto 10 or 12 separate pages. They do that for nothing but additional page views. I love (and need) the page views, but I'd much rather try to balance the competing needs of readers. I'm sorry I can't give you a more positive answer, but it is something I've thought a lot about. If I find a better solution, I'll implement it.Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep thinking about it.

Thanks for commenting Maria. You are dtnefiiely right about new symptoms arising throughout the months following Botox injections and yes they don't specify that it can take many months to recover. Please feel free to post/comment/discuss any information that you have on Botox I think you're right discussion helps us to form our own opinions on just how dangerous Botox can be and hopefully inform people before they choose to have injections.I just wanted to make a note that it does say that Botox can be life threatening however I believe that this is usually if you have severe breathing/swallowing difficulties directly after your injections (severe allergic reaction)- I am not a Dr so would welcome any comments on this.I just don't want to add anxiety to anyone in the first 3 months of symptoms as this information can be distressing so if you didn't have a severe severe reaction at the time of injections you are like the rest of us dealing with symptoms that are hard to deal with but we will recover from.

I did a 12-Lead on a 94 YOF with a complaint of chest pain. I went toguhrh my typical explanation: I have to expose you slightly but I will cover you up in a second but this time I didn't get the typical okay, no big deal; do what you have to do response . I have fake titties. In fact, they are big titties. And I'd like HIM to do it if you don't mind. He's my cup of tea. The look on my partner's face was priceless; a true Kodak moment.

It all depends on the pseorn's health. If the pseorn missing the leg is over all healthy, doesn't smoke, and have good circulation they can start fitting and physio as early as 6 weeks. This of course isn't usually the way things work. Once the circulation and tissue is healed and able to take some pressure then a doctor will give the go ahead to start the fitting process. The process usually starts with a consultation where it is decided what type of prosthetic leg if any is suited to the individual. While most people can be fitted with prosthetic limbs due to health risks, age or other factors a few amputees either can't or choose not to wear prosthetic limbs. The amputee will then start wear a shrinker sock or a wrap around the stump to help keep a good shape. The tissue will shift and change alot the first few months which can be annoying but it will eventually settle down. The next step is casting. A cast is made of the stump and measurements taken to make a socket. The first socket made is a test socket made of materials easy to alter as the stump changes shape. Test sockets don't look pretty but they will get you walking. A new amputee may wear a test socket for a few weeks or a few months until the pseorns weight, stump shape, and any painful spots are sorted out. Next you get the actual prosthetic leg. Which will last you as long as you do not break the socket, loose or gain too much weight and keep up to date on any repairs that may need to be made.As for cost prosthetic limbs range from around 5 thousand to 50 thousand depending on what you want. Below knees are not as expensive as above knees. Sockets usually cost around 2 thousand-3 thousand. and feet can cost $500 or more depending on what you want. If you want a cosmetic cover they can cost $200 and up. The more realistic the more expensive. As for how long to wait before considering I would start talking to people as soon as possible. Try to contact the prosthetic centre before even becoming an amputee if you can.
