In today's uncertain economic environment it is not a good idea to up and quit a job. Even if you hate where you work it is never a good idea to burn your bridges.

It's a smaller world than most people think, and you never know who you will cross paths with again down the line. It's tempting to leave a job guns ablazing- but not a smart move.

Rebecca,
I agree. I have never met Jason's campaign manager Kim, but she was very responsive the few times I emailed her.

Welcome back, Rebecca

You've been missed. Best of luck with your reincarnation. The theme certainly is relevant to the issues at hand!

Hi Rebecca, I met you briefly at Sherlock's while waiting for limo to the event. It was very nice meeting you and I will make it out to a show to see you perform soon. As it sounds, you are wise beyond your years, good luck in all your endeavors!

I am! I actually started playing with Money Shot a few months back (on keys) but I've been playing the piano my entire life - went to school for it, etc... but you're right - it's a brutal industry, hence the career in marketing :) Thanks for the kind words!

Rebecca, I didn't even know that you are in the music biz! What group are you with? My son Brian plays with the Stevens Big Band and plays back up for some of the touring singers that play the civic center, as well as recording and such with the likes of Mike Civisca. The music scene is brutal, as you know. Guess that's why your day job is in a medical facility, LOL. Sorry you didn't win an award, but that doesn't mean you are not a winner!
