In reply to Vanita. My pleasure Vanita. Quiet quitting has existed for some time but it is becoming an acknowledged behavior post the pandemic. At the end of the day, we have to take ownership of our careers and more importantly, what works for us as a whole.

Thank you for this very insightful post! Post corona, many people are feeling a sense of dissonance at work, and quiet quitting is a reality. Great to know that this is openly acknowledged now, and that there are strategies one can use to take responsibility for one’s own situation.

Holding the right vibration to attract more of what we want and less of what we can't be challenging and yet with patience it can be done.
