I always make sure to get proper amount of sleep every night. It is best to track down and plan your day to day activities so your time of rest during the night will not suffer. The activities you do in the day will affect your night routine.

I have actually tried this program. Cost was like $349 for a 30 day supply. It does work if you stick to the plan that is laid out. There is a maintance phase after you complete the program of 21 days, which requires you to stick to the diet without the spray. If you follow what is laid out for you, you will see the pounds stay off. Most people tend to think of dieting as a short term, fix all type of solution, its not, a diet is a life long commitment. If you are tired of being overweight, like I was, go see these people they are very helpful and friendly. I was 250lbs last year got down to 199 using this spray, I have kept the weight off and still enjoy having the foods I use to love just in moderation.

A little expensive because you can buy HCG in the pharmacy and it can do the same thing. You are kinda ripping people off I think. Then what happens when you lose all of your weight? How do you maintain it? You will gain it right back just like with anyother quick fix diet program. If it's to good to be true then it usually is.

[...] “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. Security does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than exposure.” – Helen Keller. Nearly everyone knows who Helen Keller was. She was deaf and blind from the age of 19 months old. She did learn how to speak, and became well-educated and known for her intelligence and insights into life. In other words, she overcame adversity in order to live life’s adventures. She never gave up. In fact, it was quite the opposite. See met each challenge in her life and overcame her obstacles. Read more.
[...] I have been teaching Dale Carnegie for 12 years. Over the course of those years, consistently, I receive feedback on the power of one story included in those 15 pages. The story is called Father Forgets, written by W. Livingston Larned, and was reprinted with permission in How to Win Friends and Influence People. Dale Carnegie said “sometimes a little piece seems to mysteriously ‘click’ – this one certainly did.” Enjoy the story below!
