Hee! Ironically enough, knowing when to let go is the crux of Rule #4. (See previous post re: Hamingja.)

Good for you for cleaning out! It's so good for the soul. Just yesterday I removed a bunch of boxes things from my Flower Room that had been "collecting" there since last fall. I have a floor again, and space for my yoga mat, and I can actually reach my shrine and my window (as opposed to just being able to see them but not reach them without climbing over things...) Sigh!! I feel so good today now that all that stuff isn't blocking me anymore. It's MY space again. Love it. :-)

I'm thinkin' the 80/20 rule still applies. 20% of the 1% is engaged. The other 80% of the 1% just think it's cool to protest.

I've seen too many campaign promises broken or ignored to give a crap any more. But kick some butt for me!

I think I am going for all Capitalizations. Sorry to be oppositinal. Here is my thinking. Grammer seems confused about it. Jews, I am one, don't write out the name of their deity, preferring G=d. I am writing a book about Merlin and Meredyth. Merlin is the child of a Jewish Mercenary and a Pagan. Creates mega conflict. Also in my novel he lives during the time when the Roman Empire was morphing into the Roman Church and warring on Jews, Pagans, women, and sexual pleasures.

I have as I have been writing capitalized G-d, Gods, Goddesses and not pagan. Have decide to capitalize Pagan. If I capitalize Jew which I must or Christian if I must, the in my heart I must also captialize Jew.

I am also starting the process of promoting my book. Anyone who subscribes to my blog Merlin and Me can ask to read the prologue and maybe more as time goes on. At some point I will say pay to read it all.

Dear Princesses,

I'm very sorry you didn't get on the ballot! You would definitely have made the competition more glamorous. On the other hand, my website - The Norse Mythology Blog (http://www.norsemyth.org/) - made into into the finals for "Best Religion Welbog." I blame Loki.

I'd greatly appreciate your votes - and any help in spreading the word to sympathetic peoples! Please click the Norse myth button at http://2012.bloggi.es/#religion - and don't forget to (1) scroll to page bottom, (2) enter code and email, (3) answer confirmation email so your vote is counted (it sometimes, often even, ends up in your spam folder).

This may be Thor's year . . .

Cheers,
Karl Erik

I am a liberal feminist who is a stay at home wife by choice. Taking care of a house is a lot of work and someone has to do it, and I prefer it by far to working a despicable job for some despicable employer. I leave that to my husband to suffer through, thank you very much.
