I think the biggest question that was missed is what about all of the missing cars - 83, 4, 71, 6 (fulltime), & 33 are all gone.

The only two I really feel sorry for is Gill Martin and David Reutimann. Both were let go with little notice, so both were basically screwed over because of the timing.

Wouldn't it be fun to see them teamed up in let's say Kyle's Nationwide car.

Interesting Championship with, as you say, two different sort of drivers. One is a scary freak with a hair-trigger temper and the other is Tony Stewart.

NASCAR is bigger than Kyle Bush. But Kyle Bush thinks he is bigger than NASCAR NASCAR will survive with out him. it has in the past.

If you heard his crew chief he told Kyle NOT TO DO IT several times. he did it anyway.

People like to act like NASCAR has always been the number one auto racing since it's inception. In fact untill Penske and Ganasi started CART it's was the Indy cars that were number one. So NASCARS reign is only as long as it is relevant.

As far as Kyle's sponsors, there hasn't been any comments from either Traxxas or Dollar General. So Kyle's nationwide and truck business is still fully funded. Banning Kyle as both driver and owner would be a foundation shaker. Even if he were banned as a driver I am sure it wouldn't carry over to his ownership. Behind the scene activity would get ugly at best.

Speaking of Indy cars. They have new cars and engines coming in 2012. Kyle may be a pain in the butt, but I would bet dimes to dollars Kyle could get a ride in an Indy car and there are enough Kyle fans that it would impact NASCAR. With a number of fans moving over to Indy cars. As mentioned it happened in reverse before.
