I've had a website with Vista Print for one year. No complaints. Creative templates. I recommend them. A few years ago, I ordered business cards, and I found a misc. "Rewards" charge of 14.95 on my card. Be careful when you first sign up. Check your cc af few months after. I called and they gave me a refund immediately.

My one and only experience with Vistaprint has been terrible and downright fraudulent. After getting fed up with not being able to checkout after being spammed with page after page of crap I didn't want, I abandoned my purchase and shopped elsewhere.

Yet, a few days later, I saw my credit card statement and discovered I had been charged ! They had actually given me "credit" rather than a refund.

I hope I will get my money back from these scam artists. Otherwise, I will ask my credit card company to charge back.

I have ordered from Vistaprint and did not have a problem. There was an issue with the web page not giving me the option for free shipping on the checkout page when the order page said I qualified. I called and placed the order by phone and was promptly refunded the shipping cost. The items I ordered were delivered well ahead of schedule, and I was satisfied with the quality for the price I paid.

Guess I'm in the minority, but everything worked out OK for me. Plus I included a bunch of free stuff in my order, and it was all free. Can't beat free.

You do have to read the checkout page carefully, though. There are a lot of upsells on the pages after you actually order the item that you might click on accidentally. You don't have to go through those pages, though. Once you've put in the quantity and individual features of the item you ordered, just click on any link at the top of the page and the stuff will be in your cart already.

THANKS! I was about to place an order, but decided to check the site out after having to decline about the 30th solicitation. Unfortunately, I was hoping to get something done during my lunch break. But, looks like I wasted my time on the wrong company.

Was looking for pictures of skamper truck campers and ran across your site.Nice pics.I recently went through the same ordeal trying to buy a camper.I found mine at a friends that i visit once a year.He got it from his grandfather-in-law who said it had only been used a couple of times and it showes as the cushions were still in plastic. The inside wood parts of the roof had started to rot so i took the roof of to do a complete rebuild of the roof. Finally 6 weeks later i am ready to put it back on and i could not remember the position of the rails that are bolted to the top.I remember when i cranked it up that it just stayed up did not have to lock it in place.I didnt even know it had a lock. Now it has tension on it to want to crank down as you can feel the tension as you crank it up and you have to lock it in place. If this is normal then ok but i just dont remember that. How they bolt to the top was easy,i could see where the old bolts had been. The question is the long bar where the 2 pipes slide into the bottom crank assembly. The end pieces that bolt to the back of the camper roof can be pulled out from the main rail and this could have happened in my shop during the rebuild.Anyway was wondering if you knew anything about this?Loved the pictures, looked at them alot. Also Northstar campers share alot of these skamper parts.Just ordered the corner pieces for the roof.Shamper ones are plastic and were broke.Northstar ones are the same and are cast. Thanks,Kevin
