I didn't unadrstend this one either, and (I think) I've understood everything else of his I've read. I felt like he lost sight of what he was doing with this one, maybe. Still, I found it quite compelling up until the very end.

I’d try out Thunderbird except that I do all of that with Gmail. I send all of my accounts through my main one and ta-da!

Sometimes one-man surveillance can be good too. To use an episode of Numb3rs that I recently watched as an example...

Amita had to meet up with a baddie at a park but was supposed to go alone. 2 agents (Colby and Megan) were sent ahead for surveillance while 2 were standing by to charge in when needed. Instead of putting the two together at a spot, they split them up and melded them with the environment.
Megan was walking with a stroller while Colby was bumming it as a hobo.
