I agree with the ION course that you do need to share some expertise in your course. Did they recommend links, quotes or both?
Not being a reader or being able to remember the last time I was at a library it is hard for me to understand what cannot be found on Google. I think a couple of concrete examples here could solidify your point.

You are moving in the right direction and we are all proud of your accomplishments to date.
You need to start writing and all of what you have done will fall into place.

Good for you! Another challenge faced and handled with style. I recently came across a quote from the novel Saving CeeCee Honeycut by Beth Hoffman that seems relevant to your blog. A wise maid is counseling her young charge. “Life is full of change, honey. That’s how we learn and grow. When we’re born, the Good Lord gives each of us a Life Book. Chapter by chapter, we live and learn. When a chapter of your Life Book is complete, your spirit knows it’s time to turn the page so a new chapter can begin. Even when you’re scared or think you’re not ready, your spirit knows you are.”

Bobbi,
It seems to me that you are well on your way to a successful online adventure. As you indicated there is still work to do, but you have “Come a long way baby”!
Keep in mind that I did not have any of the training or opportunities that you wisely have chosen. They will pay dividends in the near future.

I agree with everything you have indicated above except:
■Present the material in several formats (written, audio, video, PowerPoint, Web links) to appeal to students’ varied learning styles.

If you can accomplish this at a reasonable cost it would be great, but we have been in business on the web offering courses for almost 20 years and we are not providing all of these learning styles for our students. Rich

WE know that you are and have always been a top student your entire life.
I feel if you are having these problems that there are things IN THE COURSE and WITH THE INSTRUCTORS that are MISSING. You nor any of the other students should be having these problems.
However, I think this is a wonderful experience for you and your fellow students to teach you what needs to be in your courses when you design, and get your businesses started.
