This is my go-to dressing. But I think you're missing a huge time-saver here. If you make the whole thing except keep the vinegar out, it keeps for as long as your mayo would keep. You're just putting dry herbs, seasoning, and garlic in it. Then when I want to use it, I grab it and do 2 parts dressing, one part vinegar, and voila, nearly endless possibilities since I'm a vinegar addict!

Hooray! I'm so glad you're enjoying Strong Sense of Place. It's definitely where our hearts lie these days. Such rewarding and inspiring work — and doing a whole bunch of reading is not a bad way to spend our time :-) I'm SO happy that the recipes have been helpful and continue to make your taste buds happy. I regularly post recipes on Strong Sense of Place, so be sure to pop over there to see what's up, food-wise. Happy cooking and reading and traveling!

Yum! Made the sauce ahead during meal prep then all I had to do was the meatballs during the week. Made it much quicker to pull together. Will definitely make again! Love your recipes!

I made your Paleo Dan Dan Noodle dish the other night. Amazing flavors; I mixed that up with assorted leafy greens and roasted winter veg and it was stellar! My husband said it should be titled Paleo Din Din! I was missing you and your emails, so I went looking for you. Hope you are well and enjoying your new loves! xoxo, Cindy
