I work as a naturopath and I find that I am often telling my patients to go for a retreat as a part of their healing journey.
This winter, I decided to finally take my own advice and I went on a 3 day silence meditation retreat and it was truly wonderful. It's such a great way to get connected to myself and my true, authentic being.
I look forward to reading your future blogs.

I really enjoyed reading your blog, especially the insights you have towards the seasonal implications of doing a retreat in the Winter. I work as a <a

A very interesting and informative read.
I like it dark and cool when I sleep, and thankfully falling/staying asleep has never been an issue for me. I'm looking forward to more case studies, maybe one on Tinnitus (hint hint ---like you can order up a client with a specific health issue! LOL).
Cheers!
