I have lost approx. 5 kg (10 lbs) of fat, and got approx. 3 kg (6 lbs) of muscle. Maybe I should look more on what I eat and do less incline walking, but I feel great and that was the main goal for me in the first place. I was starting these exercises in hope to get into a habit - to exercise several times a week. As a result I new some fat will be gone, but weight loss wasn't my main goal. It's probably possible to lose more - depends on your eating habits, exercise regime ...

I wish you good luck at losing those 20 lbs ;) I know you can do it! :)</description>
