Yes, I agree with you 100 percent. This is a double jeperdeperly law force upon us by the folks we elected to look after our welfare. I have been writing the Governor (Perry) and my congressmen. Someone from Perry's office called and told me how wonderful the bill was and Perry was a big supporter. Rick Hardcastle has just wrote a letter and he claims it has helped the state with the extra money and the medical community has emphasized that the extra monies has helped the trama centers.

He also states that GENERALLY a driver must receive several violations in a three year period before being assessed a surcharge. Is this really true? What does GENERALLY really mean? He also states that the State has not seen musc of that revenue because many drives do not know about or cannot afford to pay. Wonder how much that MSB company charges the state. Does the MSB review a person driving record to see if thay had had less than a certain number of violations within last three years before sending out a charge? Probably not if thats the first ticket you have received.

Wow, sounds like you have some serious dirt on these people. My wife went in there the other day and found it strange that the bathroom has a sign on it basically saying customers can't use it or will have to pay plumbing bill. In a kids store you got to imagine there will be little ones in there that simply can't wait at times and must use the restroom at the store?

It does seem reasonable for a company that makes so much money from such a huge essential service would higher a programmer to develop an online payment system or simply buy a software package and implement it for them.
